Top three positions are hold by the female students such as Huma Arshad of Jinnah Jamia High School and College Haripur got first position with 985 marks. Sumbal Tariq of the same school with 983 marks got second position and third position has achieved by Afrera Sultan of Sir Syed Model School, Haripur. She got 982 marks.

Maria Jabbar of Al-Quran Public School and College Mansehra got first position with 911 marks, Ayesha Siddiqui of GGHSS Dhamthor stood second with 866 marks and Sabila Gulzar of Mahjabeen Public School Palwal Abbottabad got third position and secured 865 marks.
Result of Humanities Male Group
Humanities boys group includes Inayat-ur-Rehman grabbed who got first position with 830 marks, Fahad-ur-Rehman of Garnish Public School Mansehra earned second position with 817 marks and Noorul Hadi got third position with 810 marks.
Overall Result Percentage
Overall BISE Abbottabad percentage is 78.84 % because total 50107 students appeared in matric annual exams 2012 and out of which 39504 declared pass.
