MS/Phil with 1st Division or 3 CGPA in the relevant subject and must have passed NTS GAT (Subject) Test with at least 60% marks.

Eligibility Criteria for Admission in MS/MPhil and M.Sc (Hons) Programmes 

A candidate must possess relevant Masters Degree with 2nd Division and must have passed NTS GAT (General) Test with at least 50% marks.

• NTS GAT (General) result is valid for 2 years.
• NTS GAT (Subject) result is also valid for 2 years. 
• NTS arranged test as per the following schedule:
• Registration on NTS website (www.nts.org.pk) – 5 to 18 Dec 2012
• Date of GAT (Subject / General) – 30 Dec 2012
• Result will announced on NTS website on – 2 Jan 2013
• Admission started on 10-12-1012
• Admission will closed on 14-01-2013 (last date of submission of admission forms)
• Prospectus and admission forms for Ph.D, Mphil, MS and M.Sc program available on the aiou website processing fee is Rs. 500/-
